                              RESOLUTION NO. 21478
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH DOWNS ENGINEERING, INC.,
                 RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. SR-2-95, ROANOKE
                 AVENUE SEWER REPLACEMENT, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO
                 EXCEED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED
                 DOLLARS ($39,900.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Downs Engineering, Inc., relative
       to construction management and inspection on Contract No. 
SR-2-95,
       Roanoke Avenue Sewer Replacement, for an amount not to exceed
       $39,900.00.
